Update on Puppy Cory!

Thank you all who asked about Cory. I am proud to announce that he has found a home!

Something different...

As I was cleaning out my computer of pictures, I came across this wonderful sunflower that I took while on a trip to New Mexico. It was cool wet late summer morning. It had just stopped raining when I took this shot. I figured I would post it to remind us that the cold is just temporary! I can't wait until it is warm again. That is one of the best things about living in the southwest. It doesn't stay cold for too long!

This puppy needs a home!

This is Cory. His owners did not know how to take care of him. They were mean to him and kicked him so hard that he dislocated his hip bone out of its socket. Surgery was performed to relocate his bone, other hair line fractures where also found in his pelvis area.

He is staying at our house for the time being. Cory is a very loving dog, and if I could I would keep him. But I am a house with many animals, and just can have him. He would make a great Christmas gift for a wonderful family! Cory gets along with my other dogs and just LOVES my kids. He is always trying to sneak in a few extra kisses from me when I sit in a chair. He is still very young, and loves to please. If you are interested please call Pet Haven. I know it has been a long while since I have posted anything. Motherhood has proven very challenging with 3! But I wouldn't change a thing and love doing it. I do, however want to share my family with you!
